Using A Cleanser That Fits Your Skin Type.
You know what they say everything doesn’t work for everybody and they are 100% right. For instance, I have very Oily/Combination skin. My Bestfriend has very dry skin & she can’t use the same cleaner I use because it will dry out her face to a point shes flaking like she’s a snake shedding for a new layer. Give Your Skin Some Extra TLC
During the week on the days you might need to a paper or you get off work early give your skin so TLC. You can Opt for a DIY or You can use a mask from the store that is geared for your skin’s needs.
Exfoliate The Extra Layers Away
On the days you don’t use a face mask you should be exfoliating your skin. Exfoliating gets rid of dead skin cells and excess. When Exfoliating you can use 3 things. Toning Your Skin
Finding the right toner is very crucial to skin care. Toner helps kill bacteria that causes your acne as well as helps bring back the color and Ph Balance into your skin for an even skin complexion. It is best to use a toner while your pores are open so the Toner can do its magic with your pores. I personally love using to toner because I know after is use it my skin 150% clean.
Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize
I can not stress enough how important it is to MOISTURIZE YOUR SKIN. Moisturized skin is a major key to healthy glowing skin. Not moisturizing your skin can even be a reason your skin isn’t clear. When you’re not moisturizing your skin you are not giving your skin the nutrients that it needs, so it over produces your oil glands. I personally love using Coconut Oil & Shea Butter at night so my skin and soak up the nutrients it needs at night & in the morning I like to use any lightweight oil-free moisturizer.
Opt for Healthy Diet & Lifestyle
Switching my diet has changed my skin not just on my face but the skin on the rest of my body. I have switched milk products from instead of drinking whole milk I drink 2% or 1% milk. I have read that whole milk & dairy can be the cause of acne so I personally have cut down on it. I have a lot drink a lot of Lemon Water. Clean Hands Are A Must
I don’t know if I need to explain this but yea CLEAN HANDS ARE A MUST. A number of bacteria and dirt you touch every day could be a MAJOR reason you are breaking out. No matter if it’s washing your hands or using hand sanitizer Keeping your hands clean is a serious must.
Spot Treat Your Breakouts
Spot treating breakouts can help target breaks out before they become a full acne spot. I fight the bacteria before it can get to the full disgusting acne that we all. One of my favorite ways to spot treat is using Tea tree oil overnight.
